  1.   Glossary - enter the glossary, go to the MAIN MENU and choose option 3.

  4. Add Text      : To add text to glossary, scroll down to the line below an
  5.                 empty ID, and add a line using Shift F4.
  6.  
  7. Variable Text : Variable text allows you to enter variables in your text.
  8.                 To add a variable into the text, just enclose the word 
  9.                 with a "$".  An example would be $date$.  With variable 
  10.                 text, you can create a template that allows you to enter 
  11.                 new words and phrases into the text.

  13. Signature     : The "|S1" ID in the glossary is reserved for a signature  
  14. Block           block.  Your signature should be entered here instead of 
  15.                 the example.  Your signature may be entered into text by
  16.                 typing Shift F7.
  17.  
  18. Keywords      : A keyword can be included to facilitate easy recall.  To
  19.                 make a keyword, just enclose a word 21 characters or less 
  20.                 between parentheses.  Example: (business).  To use the 
  21.                 keyword, just type a "/" and the keyword.  Mind Reader will
  22.                 then highlight the ID with the keyword.
